Introduction You can help Brandon Consulting Associates,
Inc, a friend, and yourself by participating in the Brandon Consulting Associates, Inc
Employee Referral Program. If you are an eligible employee, you can earn a cash award of
$1,000 (One thousand Dollars) if you refer an external applicant who is hired to a
designated, open, information systems position at Brandon Consulitng. Who is an Eligible Employee? The Employee Referral Program is open to all
regular employee of Brandon Consulting Associates, Inc temporary employees, Office
staff, Consultants, and staff from HR placement offices are not eligible. How do I Refer An External Applicant? The applicants you refer must have your
information attached to the resumes or applications that they submit to the Office of
Human Resources. You cannot refer anyone who has already applied to the Office of Human
Resources, who already works at Brandon Consulting Associates, Inc, or anyone who has
worked here within the last twelve months. How Do I Get My Cash Award? The hiring department will pay you a cash award
of $1,000 (subject to taxes) if the person you referred is hired for a designated position
and completes three months of continuous employment. You must be employed by Brandon
Consulting Associates, Inc at that time to collect payment. Current Fulltime Position in Business Analyst Development and modification of more
efficient business methods by evaluating and analyzing client's existing business
operating procedures; Analysis of financial area in order to prepare the necessary
recommendations for the implementation of new, modified, and/or upgraded computerized
financial systems, procedures, or organizational changes; Conduct operational
effectiveness reviews to ensure functional or business project systems are in proper
working order; Perform business systems analysis, gap analysis, requirements gathering and
documentation in the financial area. Must have MBA with 2 years of experience using
complex business principles; business methods; UAT; SQL; JAVA; ASP; MYSQL; data
warehousing; ORACLE; and WINDOWS. Must have experience or certificate in Business Objects
5i, UNIX, and C. Must be able to interact with clients. Must have a MBA; Competitive

right to determine whether or not referred applicants are qualified for positions covered
by the program. The Company may modify or discontinue this program at any
time. Should the program be discontinued, any in-process referrals will be handled on an
individual basis. In the event an applicant is referred from
more than one source; for example, from two employees, or an employee and an employment
agency, the deciding factor will be the date of receipt of the referral within the Office
of Human Resources. The Office of Human Resources will inform the participating parties
when such situations arise. |
